Most common of which being "The Aftershock Challenge", in which participants have to hold a shot of red Aftershock in their mouths without swallowing for as long as possible.

Another challenge associated with Aftershock takes advantage of the powerful fumes that evaporate from the drink. A drinker is to down a shot, hold the hand over the top of the shotglass (as to keep the fumes sealed) & then to inhale them up the nose; the intended effect is a powerful alcohol-induced headrush.

One of the most brutal Aftershock drinking games is "The Evil Traffic Light", where the 3 original colours must be downed in order of strength or flavour, i.e. Red then Blue, then Green as fast as possible, leaving all 3 extremely strong opposing flavours in the mouth at once, as 3 shots of alcohol enter the stomach.

Purple Haze - (One shot each of Red and Blue Aftershock in a double shotglass)

Silver Surfer - (One shot of Silver aftershock mixed with Blue WKD)

Radiation - (Two shots of Blue Aftershock, two shots of sambuca and one can of Red Bull)

Floating Guinness - (Two shots of Blue Aftershock, one bottle of blue WKD and half a pint of Guinness)

Brown Haze - (Less popular due to its brown colour, one shot each of Red and Green Aftershock)

Christmas / Purple Death / Diesel - (red Aftershock mixed with Blue WKD, so called because it is likened to drinking glitter)

Hulk Jizz - (Half Blue Aftershock, half Orange Juice, producing the exact colour of the Hulk's Jizz)

Lucy on the Floor - (One Shot Blue Aftershock, Two shots Blackberry Brandy, 1/4 Orange Juice, Three Shots White Tequila, 1/4 Cranberry Juice - Mix the orange & cranberry juice together then add the rest, serve on ice)

Hot Chocolate - (Creme de cacao dark & Red Aftershock - Dark Caco then layer Aftershock on top - Extremely scrumptious)

Lava Lamp / Purple Haze - (17.5ml Red Aftershock 17.5ml Blue Aftershock - pour the Red Aftershock & layer the Blue Aftershock on top - Very Easy & Very Nice!)

Jelly Babies - (One bottle orange & passion fruit reef, one bottle WKD Blue, one shot Blue Aftershock - Pour all ingredients into a pint glass - Tastes exactly how it says in the name)

Shocker - (Two shots vodka, one shot Blue Aftershock, One can of Red Bull - mix together in a large glass & add ice)

Seb & Kemps - (1/2 pint white cider, two shots blue Aftershock, top up 20-20 Lemon, Crushed Ice, Slices; 2 of each Lemon & Lime - Cider 1st then Aftershock then 20-20 all in shaker, add ice - Warning! This is this is the shit!)

Bobby Dazzler - (35ml Red Aftershock, 35ml tequila, 35ml whisky - Get all three shots, stick them in a glass & consume in the usual manner - Perfect for catching up on your drunken mates)
