wow..im talking to tom egan..lol. ok. and the skin.. i love it. thinking bout gettin..some more writen on me in latin maybe that..no so much that for i no longer drink but more of the people who tell you how to fight and how to training..u know..im not really sure to listen to them or not..example would be id like to work some more on my stand up but everytime i do im told to fight in a diff way u know. i was also wondering how you would trainin the week of the fight? im fighting this friday and im wonderin to train hard at the start of the week and eas of then or what!! in relation to your train would that sound ok to do think?
so when are you fighting again? Do u think you will be going to cage wars in belfast? And i here the UFC is back in ireland on 17th of march..do you think you could get another call up? i had front row seats at ufc 93. i had sneeked to the front and found seats..ha. john h is fighting on the 14th now in manchester. good fighter.

hiya..i know you may be wonderin who the hell this is but i was watching some of your fights and i can see your a real pro in the way that u conduct yourself and i was just wonderin if you had any advice for me, im young fighter and just kinda tryin to make a name at the min getting back of a long injury just..fighting twice next month.hopefully i can do well..lol. however the point me writen was to ask you how you deal with outside influences? lots of people are telling me what to do in my training where to tarining when how to tarin..i was just wondering how u would deal with that? wish all the succes in the future..
