Please read my story I accidentally deleted it and had to retypre it so it took me FOREVER to finally get it saved. I hope you like it. It is supposed to be like Saving Private Ryan so if you write a review don't give me a bad score because I copied it. I am going to write a new story similar to "Storming Omaha Beach" but it will be from my point of view. Well that's all I have to say. I hope you become a fan. Bye...

Calum Flay34 weeks agoThe Americans DID NOT win the second world war. They won the war in the pacific. The soviet union Inflicted
75-80% of german causulties and captured berlin. The soviet union defeated the germans and ended the war in europe. The battle of the bulge DID NOT end the war.
British and commonwealth forces won the war in africa.
The second world war was won through joint effort in different theaters. -

The Americans DID win the war. We invented the A-Bomb (ended war in Japan) and we ended the war in Germany through the battle of the bulge. -

Hello everyone I hope you enjoy my stories and will become a fan.
D-DAY After having the privilege to go to places such as the Merville Battery, to go Pegasus Bridge and utah and omaha beach and the huge American Cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach and to visit LT Brotheridge Grave and those who fought and died, i want everyone to remember that we must not forget that these brave men who lost our their lives for our freedom and if you have the opportunity please go to normandy and visit those sites those graves and lose yourself just for a moment just waht it must have been like. I have lots of photos of my Normandy trip and the photo on my profile is the photo taken at Omaha Beach.

D-Day D-day is a date in history that should NEVER be forgotten. It should also not be forgotten, that the British, and Canadians were there!!! The Americans would like to think that they won the war for us! They have tryed to write us out of the history of World War Two! Saving private ryan is a good film. Its inaccurate in places, but show me a film that isn't! Personally I would like to see Speilberg take the Ambrose book of Pegasus Bridge, and do the same as he did with Band of Brothers.
by Glorfindel 80 weeks agogood fighting scence yes very accurate and all the time the artillery was concentrating on the beach a section at a time and instead of one battlion in defence there were three. And it was not the 709 th division an polish group, but the 352 german ex russian front group, so well skilled!
