- Heaven is a lap dancing club run by Jack Fisher and Max Morton. To say it has a reputation is an understatement. They do not call it Heaven for nothing. The exploits around the club are being investigated by the police, and they set up an undercover investigation. But things are not always what they seem. The lines between love & hate, business & pleasure become blurred, as you are thrown into a world of shady criminals, bent coppers and beautiful women. Can you keep up? Or is Heaven too much for you?

Aims & Dreams
Heaven is my second novel, and in my opinion is much better than my first "Black & White". Currently the book is available through Amazon and can also be ordered direct from the publishers at www.lulu.com/alcanlin
Although this is not a mainstream publishing deal it is my aim to get the book out there. I am constantly seeking that big break, as it is my dream to be a writer full time, and with your help I hope to be able to turn that dream into a reality.
Feel free to let me know what you think of the opening chapters, and I'd be over the moon to hear what you think of the book.0 Comments 305 weeks

Jonny Havron10/27/08Hmm, you have one review and that was almost a year ago. Well that'll soon change because I've added this to my 'to-read' list. I'll read and review within the next week hopefully.

by Hippaacrocacacapiqq 10/29/08keep up the gd work!
Love it I loved the opening. The name Jack made me laugh straight away, so I thought it might be a comedy, but soon realised 'Heaven' is a thriller. I loved the setting and the characters. Your characterisation is excellent. I felt the opening was more Jack's scene than Max's and you do slip into Max's viewpoint on a few occasions. I like the pace of the opening, there is a lot going on, but it is clear and I learned a lot in a short space of time.
