MY APPEARANCE
Ever wondered how I look like? ME TOO! Haha. Just kidding. Okay... here we go... I have black hair (with natural brown highlights), brown eyes, a nose, and lips. Haha. XD Yeah, that's probably it. I'm pretty short, too! I haven't grown for, like, the past three years or something. I'm 4"11 and compared to my other friends. I LOOK LIKE A SIXTH GRADER. In fact, some sixth graders are taller than me. Um... I'm not thin, I'm not fat or overweight either, just average, I guess. But then again, in this crapped up, superficial world, how do you define average, thin, and fat?
Films
Twilight, The Devil Wears Prada, Transformers, 10 Things I Hate About You, Definitely Maybe, Juno, Freedom Writers, Hayao Miyazaki films (with the exception of Nausicaa), Rent, and 1776.
Music
I listen to pretty much everything. I'm not too picky. I don't have any favorites because my preferences change weekly, daily, every hour, every minute. I dunno. Along with English songs I also listen to Japanese, Korean, Filipino and a selection of Chinese music. My favorite Japanese artists are: BoA, Utada Hikaru, and Yuna Ito. Fave Filipino artists: Gary V and Amber Davis.
Books
My favorite books are the books in the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn). I also love The Host by Stephenie Meyer.
My Obsessions
Anime and Twilight and Vampires. Yup. Period. Anime and Twilight and Vampires.
I'm seriously obsessed with anime. I started watching it when I was very young but I didn't realize that I was watching anime until I was ten or eleven. So, compared to other people, I'm still new to the anime world. And though I am, I have quickly become dangerously obsessed.
The other is Twilight (New Moon, Eclipse, along with the other unreleased books which I know I will love already) by Stephenie Meyer. It's become a really big hit nowadays, hasn't it? I'm in an Edward Cullen and Jacob Black fanclub at my school and I talk about it nonstop. Some people just don't know what I'm talking about sometimes. -_- That obsession leads to another, which is vampires. :) I'm writing about vampries, I google vampires at random times. It gets pretty hectic. I'm scary obsessed about them. And I always get pissed when people say vampires are afraid of garlic.
Anime

    • Shortened Blog about the Twilight Movie SPOILERS

      This will be a rather short blog. I'll go in depth later when I fix up my website. I got tired of blogspot and ended up moving back to freewebs, which I know very well. I couldn't really do much with blogspot so I had to go back to freewebs because I knew how everything worked and I could do more for the website. Anyway, this blog won't really cover everything in the Twlight movie. I'll only cover parts of it because I want to do this ginormous review on my website. Expect my website to be up and running tomorrow afternoon! I'll give the URL when it's ready.

      I have never screamed so much during a movie. Every ten minutes I think the whole theater was screaming. I'll have to watch the movie more than once because I could not concentrate throughout the whole thing. The excitement was just so great.

      Since this is a short blog I will only address my main complaint about the movie. The movie was excellent. Not as great as I thought it would be but it was still decent for a low-budget film.

      My main complaint was the pace of the movie. The second part when Edward and Bella's relationship bloom goes at a pretty good pace. However, in the first part when we still see their developing relationship I felt that the directors rushed it. Every lab scene and every conversation is very crucial. I felt like they cut most of that out and just rushed into the action to appeal to the guys in the audience. But to those people who have fallen in love with the books I don't think that the pace was good for them. It was just too fast in the first part. At the end of the movie Edward and Bella's relationship didn't seem as strong as in the book because we didn't see how they developed that love.

      I have other small complaints including Edward's sparkles, the fakeness of the movie, and other little things. I'll tell you all much, much more when I get my website up and running tomorrow. Till then, good-bye because I am beat!

      In addition to listening to Jacob's point of view in the story, this song really helped me love and understand him more. The lyrics are so magical and the song is just so sweet. I listen to this over and over again. ^_^

      I don't think all the lyrics are right though. I had to listen to the song over and over again to hear the words but I think I misheard sometimes, so I apologize for that. :D
