- Well the Big Fish Café started on the 11th May 1993 but I didn't arrive till later. I first arrived on a Big Fish poster back in March 2000 and the first evidence of my existence is the little black and white scan of me from Feb 18th 2000. My famous banner was first used at the Big Fish Café event in Brixham Town Square July 7th 2001 and has been used at the events ever since. But enough about my history let's get on with the present day.

- The Big Fish Café
- On the surface the Big Fish Café is nothing more than a fun place to hang out with your friends and perhaps to share in being creative together. If that’s all you want from this event then there is no pressure or expectation for you to treat it as anything other than that, and don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise. But if you feel like something at the event has led you to ask deeper questions of yourself or the world around you, or if you find that you are at a point in your life when you are seeking some deeper meaning, then for you there may be a whole other level on which the Big Fish Café could be useful or even life changing.
It is the hope of The Big Fish Café that through the exploration of culture and creativity, the young, the youthful, the disheartened and the hopeful may all find a place to engage with each other and with some sense of the divine. - Happiest When

Big Fish Café - Kingswood Tensing Concert
Saturday, 08 August 2009, £1 entry
Kingswood Tensing are a fabulous youth choir and this is an experience you should not miss. The concert is at 7:30pm and will be open to folks of any age. There will also be singing & dancing workshops from 2pm for young people of age 11+

To add or not to add (from the Big Fish Café group)
Is your page is set to private or set to not accept messages from people over a certain age? These are sensible precautions - well done. But it does mean that we can't write messages on your page about our upcoming events in Seaton. We have created a profile for our virtual friend "The Cool Fish" partly as a bit of fun - but he does have some practical uses. If you add him as a friend we can use him to write messages on your page. If you would like to get these messages please add him.
