Hard Working Class Heroes will be celebrating its 6th Birthday with what promises to be its best festival yet in an action-packed celebration of the best unsigned Irish bands and in Temple Bar on 12th/13th/14th September 2008 in 6 venues; Meeting House Square, The Button Factory, The Hub, Eamonn Dorans, Andrews Lane and 4 Dame Lane. - Hard Working Class Heroes are looking for enthusiastic volunteers for this years festival. Volunteers must be eager to gain experience in the industry and any previous industry experience is a plus. Hard Working Class Heroes festival is an excellent chance to meet new contacts and gain experience for those who aspire to a career in the music or media industry. It's also a chance to have a huge amount of fun! Hard Working Class Heroes 2008 is taking place between Friday 12th and Sunday 14th of September in Temple Bar Dublin.

Hard Working Class Heroes line up is live on the site and it really is something. If you don't believe us ,check it out for yourself and have a listen to some tracks at www.hwch.net . If you had any doubts about the health of Irish music, this line up will cheer you up no end.
The top most downloaded tracks will appear daily on the site and the top three will get a very nice pressie from download chart sponsors entertainment.ie …see more on the download section …….
Also, keep an eye out in the coming week for a glimpse at the photography exhibitors online, The Scottish Invasion and we may just wait a week or two to reveal the full line up over the weekend….
Tickets are on sale now and as usual HWCH is the best value for money festival on the Irish calendar

The scores on the doors....
So all the entries are in (amazingly, over 800 this year!!) and they are currently being trawled through by our panel of esteemed International Judges.
We are currently awaiting the last few verdicts and then we will be contacting all bands.
If you have applied for HWCH '07, please keep an eye on your e-mails next week - you don't want to miss out!
