Frankenstein, 1931, PG
ah, frankenstein. This is more than just an exellent film. this is an exellent film which is to thank for all horror! Don't let the black and white fool you, this is a good film.

psycho, 1960, Cert 15
haven't seen psycho? See it! This movie spawned the recent era of horror (1960-present). This film has the 3 E's*, exellent acting, exellent suspense and exellent scares.

Psycho II, 1983, Cert: 18
Anthony Perkins Returns as Norman Bates in the sequel to Psycho (see above). This film fails to live up to the same standers as the first film and the adaquette acting from Megan Tilly overshadows the terrific acting of Anthony Perkins. However, this film is still good in many places.

Psycho III, 1986, Cert: 15
not as good as the first Psycho, but better than psycho II, this film is, in my opinion the second best in the Psycho film series. This film is good with the help of the superb acting from anthony perkins and the brilliant performence from Diana Scarwid.

The Birds, 1963, Cert: 15
The birds, to put simply, is terrifying! not in a way which makes you want hide behind the chair, but in the way that you'll be to scared to come near a bird again!

The Exorcist, 1973, Cert: 18
What can i say? This film is amazing. it is truly is a masterpiece. This film is creepy from start to finish with amazing acting from every actor and actress.

Jaws, 1975, Cert: PG
This is an awesome movie through and through. With heart pounding suspense and suprisingly gory scenes for a PG, this film deserves all the praise it gets!

Halloween, 1978, Cert: 18
This film is full of suspense and the creepy music really heightens the scary mood of this truly groundbreaking, brilliant film. Although regarded as the first slasher, it isn't alltogether gory. But why should that matter?

Friday the 13th, 1980, Cert: 18
This film got poor reviews upon it's release in 1980, but no one back then new that this film would soon turn out to be one of the most iconic films of all time. Hughly popular now, i can see why. It blends a hugh amount of gore with a storyline to die for. a true classic.
