Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born at 6:00pm on April 15 1990 in Paris,France.The family moved back to England when Emma was five. Emma and her brother Alexander(3 year's Emma's junior) moved to Oxfordshire where she lives with her mother during school term times.

In September 1998 at the age of 8,Emma moved to the main Dragon School where she would spend a very happy 5 years when she was not filming.In 1999 at the age of 9,Emma was given the opportunity to audition for a role in the Harry Potter movie.

Emma has always enjoyed learning as she achieved 8A* and 2A Grades in her GCSE in 2006.In May 2007, Emma took A/S level exam in Art,History of Art,English and Geography.

Future challenges for Emma in 2007 and 2008 are A levels and the sixth film. Emma hopes to attend university and continue to juggle her acting career with academic life. She hopes before long to perform on stage again.

  • New Role!!!

    Emma has been cast in a starring role in a new movie:) , being made by Granada for the BBC1, called Ballet Shoes. Emma will play the part of "Pauline," the eldest of 3 orphaned sisters who lead a sheltered life until they begin at the Children's Academy of Dancing and Stage Training. Only then do they begin to discover their special talents and extraordinary ambitions.

    The feature length adaptation of the hugely popular book by Noel Streatfeild begins filming this month and is set to appear on the BBC around Christmas time! It also stars Richard Griffiths, Robert Hardy and Victoria Wood.

    Hello!
    Yeah,Harry/Hermione would be a nice pairing (the PowerPairing hehe). hmm,...well I think Hermione/Draco would be a cool couple .I know this pairing will never end up,but I like the idea of"the opposite attract"thing between them :) But Ron is just fine for Hermione .
    hey,did you already heard about that Emma will be voicing a princess in a animated ,adventure movie? it's called "The Tale of Despereaux",or something like that.I don't know if it's true ,but I thought I let you know.

    Well,I'd say that Rupert is my favourite of the main male cast.He's really cool.The other cast: James Phelps(Fred W.) is kinda cute :D .yeah.... I know ....redheads ,but they are cool,so:D .Which pairing do you think is the best?(even tough you already know who Mione is going to be with in the end):) Hermione/Ron or Hermione/HArry or Hermione/Draco or an other Pairing???

    You're right about the books ,the books are way better ,but the movies aren't that bad ,so :) .No,I haven't read the 7th book *shame*,but my friend told me that some things that happens are quite unexpected especially the deaths.So I am really excited . Question :D :
    What do you think about of the male cast?? Who do you think is the best??? Daniel? Rupert? Tom?,....

    My favourite Movie of the bunch is .....that's a tough question .Hmm... now that I've watched the 5th Movie .I must admit that the 5th is my #1 *g*.Followed by 3rd ,4th.Have you already watched the Hp and the Order of the phoenix??
