- Hello there I'm from Galbally (the lovliest part of the world on the planet) but am living in Donaghmore (another nice wee spot where the natives are friendly even if you do hail from the other end of the parish) with my other half and million children! I am a writer and on Thursday 30th April I signed a three book publishing deal with Poolbeg in Dublin...I have been aiming towards this for a long time and its a dream come true for me!! I write contemporary women's fiction or 'chick lit' and my first book will be coming out in November!! Of course as you can see I'm also very busy being a Mammy at the moment and with two children, two step children and a mobile terrorist...sorry I meant mad toddler...life is very busy and currrazzzy!!!

- I love The Feeling, Feeder and Snow Patrol and also like The Dixie Chicks and Take That and most of the music from the eighties...c'mon I wasn't the only one who loved Bros was I?
- Films
- Steele Magnolias, Dirty Dancing, While You were Sleeping, Love Actually. Beverly Hills Cop Series and anything with the delectable Eddie Murphy in it. Add Sex and the City to the list - OMG what a night and what a movie!!
- Books
- The Baby Trail Trilogy by Sinead Moriarty, The Shopaholic books by Sophie Kinsella, The Teahouse on Mulberry Street, The Ballroom on Magnolia Street and The Tavern on Maple Street by the fabulous Sharon Owens (a good Tyrone girl.) I also like Zoe Barnes and Erica James and like anything by Roddy Doyle.

- The dark. Being ninety when I finally get a publishing contract!! Snakes and spiders (you will never see me on 'I'm a Writer Get me Out of Here.')

- My children, my hubby, fun family days out, my baby's laughter, her newest words, my friends, a tidy house, my new decking, having a dishwasher, girlie craic and nites out, oversized T shirts and slipper sox, catching up with old friends, making new ones, writing, being online, Ebay, Balamory, Fifi and the Flowertots, Peppa Pig (AKA peace for twenty minutes), my mobile, the MP3 player on my mobile, walking, days off work, reading a good book, pay day, being in the passenger seat, old photographs, second hand shops, bubble baths, Friday evenings, Soap night, body lotion, honeysuckle scented candles, lying in bed listening to the rain, new clothes, mascara, colored eye liner, handbags, hair accessories, groovy belts, shoes, Cafe Latte, Rushmere, Matalan, Asda, Donegal, Belfast, Gordon Ramsay, X Factor, Caesar salad, baked potatoes, flavoured water, coffee, champagne, WKD blue, gin with ice, lime and friends.

- Writer's block...ooh can't think of what to write next...erm..I can't stand people who are smartarsed and think that they know everything when they don't! I also don't like road hogs, mad erratic drivers or 'Sunday Drivers'...everybody else get of the road please! Fussy eaters and people who poke and examine their food also annoy me...just eat the damn thing will ye!! Small minded people, those who are money obsessed and the particular breed who refuse to see what they're doing wrong when its staring them in the face also baffle me!!!
