What can I say... was born, went to primary school, hated every minute, went to secondary school, hated it even more, left, worked, met Lorianne (future Mrs Strachan if she'll have me!), had daughter (Angel, now 7!), went to college, got dissolusioned after promises of a high paying job at the end turned out to be total BS, worked some more, went to Uni, had to drop out due to various problems, bummed around, started working again. Recently went self-employed trying out a number of things, so interesting times ahead. Still skint all the time mind you.

Overall I can't complain though and am very happy at the moment!!

I'll listen to anything once, just about anything goes, although cant go wrong with a bit of metal, rap or hip-hop! Favourites worth a mention are Eminem, Obie Trice, 50, Linkin Park, Metallica, Timbaland, Eric Clapton, Prodigy etcetcetc told you anything and everything!!!
Films
So many favourites, couldn't possibly list here... like a good twist and well thought out plot!
Sports
Bodybuilding - not really a typical sport I admit, but its the best I can do!
Scared Of
Deep dark water where you can't see the bottom! Midgets! (oopss, people of challenged vertical dimension I mean, got to be politically correct and all that!!)
Happiest When
Eating, sleeping, and talking nonsense with anyone who will listen, especially my other half! (I must do her head in with the rubbish I talk!). Oh and as I learned recently I am also at my happiest on a bodybuilding competition stage! (especially when I win, lol!) Also really enjoy winding up my daughter as well, she is 6 so we are about the same mental age!!!
Other Hobbies
I play guitar, or rather try to but just don't get the time these days. I also went through a period of building and repairing/setting up guitars - but as I say I just don't get the time now unfortunately :(

    Well the new website - www.ramsaystrachan.co.uk is coming along nicely, thanks to my web/programming genius big brother Ross!

    I want to eventually get profiles of amateur British bodybuilders up there too, so I'll probably be annoying a few of you shortly :D

    Might seem a bit pretentious of me, putting up a website when I am so new to this myself - but it is goign to serve as a kinda progress journal as well as a place for articles to help and inspire other folks, whether they want to build muscle, lose fat or just tone up a wee bitty. And hopefully I will get an online shop up there too, with Extreme Nutrition products available - with a wee bit of discount too if I can wangle it right :)

    My wee girl Angel has lost her first tooth! She is so tall for her age I sometimes forget she is just wee.... her tooth is tiny!!!!!

    The *Ahem* tooth fairy has left her some cash, can see Angel using pliers on the rest of her teeth now... budding little capitalist that she is :D

    Haven't written to my blog recently as there just isn't a lot happening. I've been keeping my head down trying to grow for next years competitions, every day is like groundhog day, same food, same times etc - but thats just the way it has to be. I am seeing results, but as ever they never come quick enough LOL!!

    From a show wieght of around 14 stone mid may, I am now around 17 stone and climbing. Obviously not all of this is muscle - in fact I'd be lucky if a quarter of it was - most of it will be transient stomach contents, water retention, and yep, fat. This is not a problem though, because I know I can get it all off again come diet time, hopefully leaving some shiny new muscle for all to see!

    So, must go, another huge plate of lean steak mince n' tatties awaits! :D :D :D

    Trying to get over an injury , damaged ac joint , bee like that for months, never did nothing about it , and has got worse , finally went to see about it yesterday , and they are certain the can sort it without surgery, saying my chest is that tight , its pulling my shoulder forward and out of line .shit happens lol.
    Mayy go to the scottish coz i havent had the old caramel shortcake for ages lol.,not that i need it rite now hahahahaha
