Hip hop dancers required for crazy new TV SHOW
Hi Fintan,
Further to our chat, heres more info about the show, and attached is same which can be printed out and given to dancers, put on noticeboards, etc!
RTÉ Television is looking for hip-hop dancers who are not afraid of a brand-new challenge.
Monica Loughman, one of the world's premier ballerinas, is on the hunt for hip-hop dancers who feel they could make the grade in the world of ballet.
Produced by Animo TV, Ballet Chancers will see Monica and her team provide a group of hip hop dancers with expert intensive training and the chance to perform in a once-off performance of The Nutcracker with the Irish Youth Russian Ballet Company in December.
Auditions for this brand new RTÉ series will take place in Dancehouse, Liberty Corner, Foley Street, Dublin 1 on Saturday July 19th.
All you have to do on the day is display your hip-hop skills and Monica and her panel will decide if you have the talent and determination required to take on this unique challenge.
Applicants must be aged 16 or over.
Please email ballet@animo.ie if you would like to attend the audition.
Successful auditionees will be called back for a second audition on Sunday July 20th.
