The Rose Beyond the Wall
Near a shady wall a rose once grew,
Budded and blossomed in God's free light,
Watered and fed by the morning dew,
Shedding it's sweetness day and night.
As it grew and blossomed fair and tall,
Slowly rising to loftier height,
It came to a crevice in the wall
Through which there shone a beam of light.
Onward it crept with added strength
With never a thought of fear or pride,
It followed the light through the crevice's length
And unfolded itself on the other side.
The light, the dew, the broadening view
Were found the same as they were before,
And it lost itself in beauties new,
Breathing it's fragrance more and more.
Shall claim of death cause us to grieve
And make our courage faint and fall?
Nay! Let us faith and hope receive--
The rose still grows beyond the wall,
Scattering fragrance far and wide
Just as it did in days of yore,
Just as it did on the other side,
Just as it will forevermore.

Footprints
One night a man had a dream.
He dreamt he was walking along the beach with the lord.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene,he noticed 2 sets of footprints in the sand:
one beloning to him and the other to the lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him.he
looked back at the footprints in the sand.He noticed that
many times along the path of his life there was only one set
of footprints,he also noticed that it happend at the very
lowest and saddest times in life.
This really botherd him and he questioned the lord about it.
;Lord, you ssaid that once i decided to follow you;you`d
walk with me all the way.But i have noticed that during the
most troublesome times in my life,there is only one set of footprints.I don`t understand why when i needed you most
You would leave me.``
The lord replied, ``My precious,precious child,i love you
and i would never leave you. During your times of trial and
suffering when you see only one set of footprints,it was
then that i carried you.

FAKE FRIENDS : Will talk shit to the person who talks shit about you.
REAL FRIENDS: Will knock the shit right out of them.
FAKE FRIENDS : Would ignore this and pretend it's not true.

Hi mandy how r u doing? i've not bin on bebo in recent months as i tend 2 spend more time on facebook. Also it's well put me off with all these fake beboers sending me unwelcome messages. i just dont like it.
Anyway i bin working loads as well, lots of xtra shifts going, so i've been doing as many as poss.
