www.encyclopediadramatica.com is an encyclopædic website deemed by the Bebo staff as "Too offensive" to be linked to from this page, but lol I did it anyway. It documents drama, mostly internet related, but often real life drama if deemed lulzy enough.

There are many people who hold certain beliefs about Encyclopedia Dramatica and its purpose. This post is to address some common misconceptions about ED, because, as we all know, the Internet is serious business.

Misconception #1 - ED is an outing site.

Misconception #2 - ED is an attack site
Sometimes true.

Misconception #3 - ED hates Wikipedia
Mostly false.

Misconception #4 - ED spreads viruses
FALSE!!!.

Misconception #5 - ED is a hate site
FALSE!!!.

Misconception #6 - ED contains Child Pornography
100% FALSE!!!.

    We hate to interrupt your lol times, but we need a little bit of help. You see, lately Encyclopedia Dramatica has fallen upon some hard times. The costs to maintain the site have gone up considerably and advertising revenue is in the toilet. We here at encyclopedia dramatica enjoy the offbeat humor as much as you do, but we also enjoy supporting a platform that allows people to speak their minds freely. Don't you think that it is time to give back to ED? A small donation can go a long way. We will return the site back to its normal state in less than 24 hours, but without enough help we will be shutting it down.

    Donation information is on the site. Right now we can only take credit card donations. People have voiced concern about this and, there are several ways to get a credit card that does not have your personal information. one was is through paypal and another way ti sot get a prepaid credit card.
