I live in carnoustie in my own wee cosy flat.
Im the grocery manager for the co-operative.
I suffer with crohns and have done since i was 9.
Crohns is inflamation of bowel. had opperation to solve that,
but will have the opperation
for live. small price to pay to keep well.
feeling great just now but medication help that.
I am currently single, but on the look out.
Have put my work 1st for so long
but now its time to put ME 1st.
I think im a kind, caring and giving guy, who just loves to spoil
the people who mean the most to me, and would just love
to spend time with that special girl.

- I try to listen to Radio 1 when ever i can, but dont have a big selection of cd albums more of a movie buff. The few albums i do have are the big ballets. Leona, celine, delta, ect
- Films/ TV
- I love my tv and films. favourite programmes are "Holly & Phil" - This Morning, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Big Brother, Most Haunted, Hells kitchen plus Hells Kitchen USA, X-Factor, the Royal Family comedy and anyhting with gordon ramsay. My fav film is mrs doubtfire, E.T, stand by me.

- Im not a sporty person, just not my thing, i do however try to catch up with the WWE Wrestling when ever i can.

- Eating white chocolate and drinking coca cola (not the diet crap). and also when my medication is working and keeping me well.

- I love to cook when i get a few days off in a row, from main meals to puddings, il cook it all. My favourite chef is Gordon Ramsay. I would love to cook with him, but not sure how id do, i hate being shouted at. I love to watch the F word. its a great show. and hells kitchen USA
- Dream mission
- I would love to do a ghost hunt, in a haunted location like a hotel, castle etc. My ideal location to do a Ghost hunt is either "The Real Mary Kings Close" or Nidrey Street vaults & Blair vaults both in Edinburgh

And the new This Morning presenter is…
July 15th, 2009
At 2.30pm today the deal was done and Holly became my new This Morning partner. Perfectly timed, as I was having my photo taken for the opening titles for the new series, which starts in September. Holly immediately jumped in to a car and came to the This Morning studios where we all had a couple of bottles of bubbly waiting for her arrival.
Everyone adores Fern and will miss her enormously but Holly Willoughby was at the top of everybody’s list to pick up where Fern leaves off. She filled in for Fern a few months ago and from that moment on everybody knew she was the obvious number one choice. This Morning is a very close-knit family not only in the studio but the audience as well and for that reason, Holly is perfect.

Looks like the coop will be gettin' flooded as the high street is flooded quite bad the now. Fire and police services are at top of road next to the coop dealing with it.
Ahh well i went to bed at 5 got up at 2 and am now ready to go back to bed but feel like its too late for me to have a nap. Dont want to eat either its like not teatime
