Living this life of mine has been at times Traumatic and others times a Joy. Having experienced the loss of loved ones and lovers to untimely deaths, sometimes I wonder how I go on. I live on my memories. We dont know why or when our time will come. I find comfort in knowing someday I will see these loves again. The music that comes through me is what I have lived. Nothing made up. Having 2 children has kept me grounded. The circumstances of thier births was not a day in the park. One was kidnapped and the other, well, lets just say health is your only wealth.
We trundle on forward to out ultimate destination. If we find Love along the way or moments of Happiness we are the lucky ones.
I have not one regret. It all has served a purpose. All those I have loved and been Loved by in return are Indelible.

Nutritive Cleanse
OK!!! Back from Vacation and now on a five day Nutritive Cleanse.
Oh man it is kicking my butt!
This Cleanse is 5 days of almost fasting. You get three vitamin low cal shakes a day plus a powerful antioxidant drink and 3 pieces of fruit or veggies. Very restrictive: but I wanted to detox and lose some weight in the process. I can already fit in my size 8 jeans so I feel it will be worth it.
When I am done , tomorrow, I will committ to eating more fruits and veggies and whole grains; but I will never give up my coffee! I have not had any for many days and I miss it so much!

Vacation
Off on a vacation tomorrow morning...happy to get out on the road and away from all my work.
I wish I had taken more vacations in my life.
I have been to Vegas a few times and I really love it! It is a Fantasy land & I highly reccomend that every one visit there. When you just get there remember it is a Fantasy Land. Lay out by the pools and have lots of fun drinks. Order Room service and go to the Spa and get some kind of treatment, maybe a facial or a body wrap.
Just indulge yoruself!
Well this trip I am taking wont be as Luxurious as Las Vegas but we will manage to have loads of fun.

The beginning
In the beginning I was just a naive little puppy. Eager for any kind of Love that came my way. I loved foolishly? Perhaps.
There are some Loves you just must fall into. If you dont you will have regrets. We think we controll so much. Illusion.
Most of it is just a reaction to childhood conditioning. An abused kid will always find the wrong person to put thier eager puppy dog love into. So it comes as no surprise to see who I ended up with.
Not to say they have all been problems. No, no, no. I made some good choices. Those choices are the ones I still am in love with today. I think you always have that place in your heart for the good ones.
