I miss blogging, its not that I don’t want to do it just I am a lazy bastard sometimes and never actually (oh my god i'm missing the first episode of lost for this season!) Get around to writing stuff.

I was looking at that Island job over in aussie, ya know the one for 6 months, I have my video sorted but I am a realist and after watching some of the videos already up, realised that unless I in list Weta work shops I don’t have a sniff of a chance, its like half these people have James Cameron as Director. That being said It doesn’t mean I wont give it a shot, that’s right me an my clothes horse are ready to take on the world!!

I am a silently impatient person, its mostly impatience for stupid people who seem oblivious to the rest of the world around them, I was at the Lantern festival on Friday night and I nearly lost my cool, I couldn’t believe how gah some people are, if you are going to take a photo of all 6 members of your family in front of lantern in every possible mix of family member then don’t expect ten thousand people to not walk in front of your photo, don’t get shitty with when I smack you child in the head for trying to rape me with a SpongeBob balloon, yes your baby is cute but now is not the fucking time to be creating a videography of their lives, smile at me again and the camera will become a permanent part of your skull and finally if you don’t stop clacking that clacky thing I will clack you so clacking hard you wont know clack from clack the next time you clack!

But wait there’s more, this follows on from my gripes about people on escalators, please and I am on my knees begging my ass off for you to listen to me this time, don’t stop walking and hold conversations in retarded places!!! This includes but is not limited to (and yes I have been witness to all the following) the Bottom or top of Escalators, Doors/doorways of any kind, construction areas, turnstiles, driveways and crossings with and without lights.

Happier things now, I think the world might just get its shit together in the next decade or so, that is assuming two things happen. We all stop listening to the media and we all agree to disagree. Lets be realistic, the media is full of shit, it is a business and while it is there to supply us with news it will always make the news sound worse so that you are likely to come back later. If we all agree to disagree and just go bake a cake or kick a ball around i’m pretty certain we would end most religious wars, think about it.

I semi can’t believe i’m going back L.A again in March. I am taking my mother this time for her first trip to Disney but it will be the 9th time for me in the park in the last 18 months. My bank loves me; they must be taking so much off me for my credit card its crazy. This will be my last trip for a while, figured I had better kill the debt on my card, well is all assuming I don’t spend the next 6 months exploring a tropical island.

I hate spam, I don’t need to tell you this so I went searching for an alternative and came up with Yuwie. Same as bebo and facebook but with a shitload more advertising only about a million people but they pay you with part of what they make from the advertising they have. I was pretty sure this was going to be a big scam and all the usual internet bullshit but so far its proved to be a reasonably descent social networking site.

Figured it’s a good way for people who spend most of their time on bebo to atleast take a shot at making some extra money just by adding whatever they add to bebo and facebook to Yuwie.

Somebody at work made the mistake of telling me that that they had been reading one of my blogs (Yes Shria this means you), now as far as I am concerned just one person reading one of my blogs warrants me to write at ten blogs without feeling like I’m just talking to my Dell screen, its not like I’m the first person to write a blog either, ok that may have been a dumb thing to say especially since if I was the first they wouldn’t be called blog’s they would be something catchier like I Logs, since putting I in front of anything these days seems to guarantee you a few million dollars. I do ponder who decided things should be popular.

Can anyone tell me why people encourage Perez Hilton? I cant even start to explain why the man is a parasite, he is literally feeding off the lives of another being and I’m not using that term hypothetically I am sure if you look it up in the dictionary that is the actual explanation for the term Parasite, Perez Hilton = Parasite. Its not just that he writes blogs about people and draws Penis’s with MS word on photos Brad Pitt it’s that he then somehow claims that because he is gay he has the right to go around trying to oust other people that he believe is gay, WTF is wrong with you man, you have made a name for yourself now do some bloody good with it! On a semi related note has anyone else noticed there a lot more gay guys around these days, now I have no problem with this but I am positive the number of gay men have doubled in the last 10 years.

Who decides what in fashion? Yes I am playing the rhetorical question game today and I am loving every minute of it . Ok I am the last person on this planet that should be asking fashion related anything, I honestly couldn’t give a shit what people think about what I am wearing, I have never been one to give to tosses about peer pressure and anyone who knows me is well aware of this but I am quite happy to admit my fashion sense is 0 on the Richter scale (yes that’s right fashion sense is measured in Richter’s). Back to my point, is there a group of people somewhere who sit around a table deciding what colour is the new black and which hideous 60 clothing item will make its return this year or do they have a colour wheel and just throw darts hoping that they don’t hit electric pink and liquorice black? I realise that N.Z isn’t to major as far as caring what other people are wearing (that is unless you are female and another female is wearing the same thing is you which apparently means you must engage in mortal kombat) but I do find it funny when I can spot any tourist from a mile away, especially the Americans.
You Americans make me laugh, you seem oblivious to the fact no one else around you is wearing N.Z Caps or t-shirts, it almost like you believe by wearing something with the countries name on it you will blend in, Pffft yeah fucking right. If anything you are basically asking us to rip on you, its not just the N.Z gear it’s the matching Tack pants between couples and the oversized Ponchos as soon as a drop of water drops from the sky…..*sigh* oh how you make me laugh.

I have discovered the most accurate way to judge inflation and it’s as simple as keeping an eye on the rising cost of an India curry meal. Over the last 4 years I have slowly watched the price of butter chicken rise 50c at a time from the $9.00 it was 4 years ago to the $11.50 it is today and lets be honest the quality is dropping as well, it’s tasting more and more like chicken ass in tomato soup. Don’t think I haven’t notices the oversized portion of rice either, clearly rice must be the cheapest food in the world but when if you were to apply proportion of rice and butter chicken to any other fast food meal I’m sure you would be getting something like 1000 fries to every cheese burger, what’s worse is that the butter chicken always runs before the rice, once you factor in the Naan bread you are left with half a plate of rice
