Do we Know Better?
Im sitting at my computer with the back doors open and the sun streaming in. There is, to my knowledge, no wind.
This IS Scotland i speak of but it sure as hell doesn't feel like it. Strange that, isnt it? One day something can feel like it should and the next it just.....well it just doesn't.
It has taken months of preparation in the rehersal studios, developing artwork with artists, arranging photoshoots, having interviews for papers and sending out hundreds of cds to radio stations that will most probably dispose off them without a listen. All this to make sure that everyone knows about it.
In a nutshell - it's felt difficult. But strangely it just......well it just doesn't anymore.
We've now got the ball rolling and things are starting to pay off. So thankyou to all that are supporting us. It's brilliant to see you at our shows where we can talk to you face to face and not through MySpace or Bebo (we are ovcourse in the era of 'The Conversation')
Radio stations and record labels are beginning to turn their heads in our direction and I strongly believe that that is solely due to you guys. As cliched as it may seem, it's true.
There are soo many artists out there ready to show the world what they've got. Ready to 'make it'. Should they Know Better? Well given the state of the music industy... perhaps. But will they listen? No.
And why?
Because ultimatley they believe they know better.
I give you.... persistence.

enjoyed the gig mate, had to leave really early rho cause of trains and stuff but let us know the next gig ure doen so i can better judge my time- rather than having to run- off for trains and that! haha1
