About Me

Me, Myself, and I
Staples school of dance and drama!!
Carolgate House, Carolgate, Retford
What we do:
...Classical Ballet(RAD&ISTD), ISTD Modern Theatre, ISTD Tap, Jazz, Pointe work, Double work and workshops with professional west end dancers and teachers.
...The school competes in many local dance festivals, including the All England Competition, in which this year 12 acts were taken to the Finals in London.
We also put on a yearly show at the Majestic theatre, Retford, and every other year perform a major production, such as FAME, King and I, Annie, Sound of Music etc.
...Many students have gone on to study further at college and have worked in the West End, such as Mike Denman (Chicago, Never Forget) and Rebecca Taylor (Mamma Mia), and dancers working around the world. And Too many to name attended top dance colleges across the country.

      Dever I dont have a clue if it will work in Retford or Notts but try www.gumtree.com Ive used it through London......they do bills included also Im pretty sure cause when those bills hit ya they break you! Only thing I can think of..........and about the pro choreographers get used to them.......most of them suck!

      WOOOOHOOOHOWHWOWOOO! I Love Dawn and Jo! XxX Come 2 think of it...i love evrythin about dancin here! While doin this panto both me and Rhys have realised how amasin a dance school we go 2. Coz even this profesional coreographer iz a bit pantz. Dawn n Jo wud kik hiz ass 4 hiz ballet in particular (itz terible even by my standardz)! ARGH! Itz cool tho, coz we'r not doin the ballet; we'r jus wearin silly outfitz n liftin beautiful girlz (or 1 girl, hu iznt that beautiful...nermind). Basicly...we miss dancin in Retford. Moulin rouge etc etc etc I could go on! All dance is based around classical ballet neway! Fucking prick.........p.s whats with his pics? Meh nevermind! BOOON!

      allow me... LONG STORY cut short: daniel is as usual bein dramatic bcus he wasnt put in for his ELE RAD (after only bein init 4 7 months!) and came 2 the conclusion that our school is (quote) "no longer a ballet skwl its a musical theatre skwl" so hes gone 2 deburneys!! cant say anybody cares lol
