      This is a documentary shot in 1995 which follows three fighters takeing part in the Vale Tudo Fighting Championship '95.Todd Hays is a Texan kick boxer who want's to raise money to finance his dream of being an Olympic bobsledder his part in the doc was intresting but ends in disappointment.He made it to the 2002 Olymics and won silver.Koichiro Kimura a Japanese Heavyweight shoot fighter there is not a great deal on him but he is not the the one evryone paid to see. Rickson is by far the star of the show at over 400 fights to his name the 30- year old jujitsu expert is nothing short of amazing making his win's look relitivly eazy finishing with rear naked choke the scenes of Rikson in traning are very intresting for anyone training in mma turning his traning into the art of movement and athleticism not violence.
      This is a very good look into the word of mma for any one that has an intrest in the sport or the legandary Gracie family.
