Ya i am makeing a book called Disease and it is a manga and it is obviously about a disease...it was created in a science lab(under a hospital) but it has taken the form of a human and escaped!After trying to make a cure that went horribly wrong(the disease) the government will not give the lab any more funding to try again on makeing a cure.(a cure for other problems eg.sars,ms,cancer)so insead they hade taken a pregnant woman captive(inpersanaiting docters) and Diagnosed her twins with what little they had....in comitting such an act the government agreed to give the lab funding as long as there where no experiments on living things anylonger. So when the lab had proper funding they had finally created a cure!but the same thing happened...the cure took the form of a human and escaped...what happened to the twins you say....well they grew up and their parents where diagnosed with the disease right in the middle of the street while they where comeing home from grocery shopping(they bumped into the disease) and caused them an almost instant death! but the twins where fine....it turns out that what the scientists put in the twins when they where born enabled the disease not to harm them but it changed them...they where cursed with creatures...(somehow the disease mixed with their dna)Orphanded, the twins decide that they should find the cure and the disease befor it is too late for the world!
