So the government have decided to put bigger taxes on bigger engined cars. Well done you are really going to save the planet with that one Mr Brown! This has been a major blow for not only Land Rover owners, but the 4x4 as a whole. Land Rover has been responding by designing more economical engines (and smaller cars). They have even set up a carbon offset program for your brand spanking new Landy for the first 45,000 miles. Adding to this Land Rover are now using recycled paper in many of their dealerships. But it still isn't enough, now we have to put up with bigger taxes.
Adding to this fuel costs are soaring to record prices. But why? Statistics say we have plenty of oil, and plenty more coming in from abroad. So what is the point in increasing fuel bills? Is this a way of getting us to drive hybrid cars like the toyota prius or something? Well that thing isnt even economical due to it been almost entirely made of non-recycled material (unlike the Range Rover for example which most of it is).
Mr Brown please stop been so pathetic. Your British for goodness sake stand up to these ecomentalists!
