Siobhan made her long awaited debut for Scorpions K.C yesterday against Nomads U16's. The England U16 International has joined Scorpions from West London Wildcats, a team currently playing in the National League.Siobhan said of her move "I think Scorpions is a great family club, and is showing great potential for the future, some of the younger players are showing fantastic talent and I felt that this club is something I would like to be part of for the future". The talented youngster marked her debut with 3 goals,helping Scorpions to a 5 - 3 victory over the team who was top of the table,Scorpions Head Coach Danny Miles said of the player "Siobhan has a natural ability to play Korfball, unfortunately for her though she can let other things distract her and as a result can let herself down, our junior players have been trained that focus at training and during matches is vital to do well, so taking her on at the club is a gamble for us because she's had big issues with this in the past, thankfully though she recognises this, and has started to show at training and tonight that she is starting to bring a bit more discipline and focus into her game, hopefully this can continue, and if it does, then she will go on to do well at the top level, Im sure of that".
