once upon a time always confused me. I never really had bedtime stories when I was little. I had stories just not bedtime ones. I was told about my family and all sorts of crazy antics that happened. I used to be a tomboy. I used to always go out to play and knock door to door for all my friends. ''is bla bla there, is she/he coming out to play''. A time when I owned utter innocence. I didnt know about the negative things. I never looked twice at a newspaper and all the tragedies. I knew nothing about cursing, shouting, arguing, heartbreaks, bad news, hangovers, people or even fatty foods. I hadnt a care in the world. Everyone was my friend as far as i was concerned. noone was angry. noone kissed ewwww. whats fatty foods? I miss that so much. When I grow up and have a family im going to cover my kids ears and mind their eyes from all the negatives for as long as i can. I miss not being scared. Now im the biggest chicken shit!!! I miss rollerbladeing down hills backwards on a busy road.I miss not knowing what the internet was.I miss only crying if Iv hurt myself. I miss when having all your friends as boys didnt make you a slut. I remember when a new girl moved onto the road and i was sent on a mission by all the guys to find out all the deets.haha shame o that!. I member the day she and another person, wont name names, got married with leafs as rings but that was ok because we were 10. I just miss the innocence of being young. You really can wish it all away. I remember not being able to see over the counter now im 5'11.I remember when the only picnic wasnt electric and it was free. I miss being young. Well im only 19 but I mean a cartoon watching, tom and jerry loving, disney loving, ice cream van loving, hopscotch loving, extreme mucky loving, rollerblading loving YOUNG.
