- Hi Folks!
I live in a village called Dunnet, 12 miles from John O' Groats & 8.5 miles from Thurso!
I own CH Haygarth & Sons, Gun & Rifle Makers, where I have worked since 1982!
I was born in Thurso.
I have travelled a lot, especally in the US where I lived for much of the 90's.
I worked as a Wrangler on a Texan cattle ranch in 1998.
I have ridden across the US twice on a motorbike & up & down it twice.
I have visted 34 States & Canada too.
I lived in Mexico City in 96'.
I lived in LA in 93' & 95'
I have been to Australia, China, Indonesia, France, Holland, Italy, Ireland, The IOM, Switzerland, Abu Dhabi & a few other places I cant' remember just now!
I have owned 28 motorbikes in the last 29 years & had 15 at one point!
I have cut that down to 2 now, 1 at home & 1 I keep in Atlanta for when im over there travelling.
I raced 250cc class Motocross for 7 seasons & did the Orkney Beach Race twice.
I used to snow ski a lot & have Scuba Dived
