    On January 12 at approximately 4:30 a.m., the Sioux Falls Police Department received a report of three males in a homeowner’s garage in the 1400 block of East 70th Street North. Two of the suspects then stole his van and responding Sioux Falls Police Department officers observed it at 60th Street North and Cliff Avenue. A pursuit ensued and the South Dakota Highway Patrol and Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office assisted. These agencies apprehended the suspects after the pursuit left the city limits westbound on 60th Street North and the van left the road. There was no initial report of serious injury.

    Clint Roubideaux (23 years old, Sioux Falls address) was lodged for DWI, Burglary, Grand Theft, Aggravated Eluding, and other charges. Carlisle Denoyer (20 years old, Sioux Falls) was lodged for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Underage Consumption. Rudy Cournoyer (19 years old, Flandreau address) was located inside the garage and lodged for Unlawful Occupancy.

  • TIME WASTED



    the timw i've i wasted is my biggest regret
    spent in these places i will never forget..
    just sitting and thinking about the things that i've done
    the crying, the laughing, the hurt, and thw fun
    now its just me and my hard driven guilt
    behind this wall of emptiness i allowed to be built
    i'm trapp in this body just wanting to run
    back to my youth with its laughter and fun
    but tha chace is all over and there is no place to hide
    every thing is gone expect my pride
    with reality suddenly right in my face
    i'm scared, alone,and stuck in this place
    now my memories of my past fashes through my head
    and the pain is obious by the tears that i shed
    i ask myself why and where did i go wrong
    i knew i was weak when i should have been strong
    living for the drugz and the wingz i have grown
    my feelings were lost afraid to be shown
    as i look at my past its so easy to see
    the fear i had afraid to be me
    i pretend to be rugged so fast and so cool
    when actually lost like a blind dumb fool
    i'm getting too old for this tiresome game
    of acting real hard with no sence of shame
    its time that i change and get on with my life
    full filling my dreamz for a family and a bautiful wife
    what my future will hold i really don't know
    but the years thst i have wasted are starting to show
    i just live for the day when i'll get a new start
    and the dreams i still hold deep in my heart
    i prey i can make it at least i can try
    because i was heading toword death
