- Tommy Shots are driven by the Grohl-esque beats of drummer Jordan Millar(Jakoom) and perfect partner A.J on bass creating a backline of pure sound, along with the tantalising fret play of Michael Norton topped of with the charismatic screams of frontman Alan Neill!
Formed early June 2007, Tommy Shots began writing material inspired by their musical interests, drawing from Hard Rock, Grunge and Blues. Quickly bonding in the studio and on stage putting together an impressive set, 2007 also saw the first E.P from the band 'Blowing Up A Storm' which drives with passion from the first 'til last note of the C.D!
2008 has seen Tommy Shots not only add to their set list, but also seen them produce some amazing live shows and create a good following fan base. As they continue to grow and mature on and off stage things can only hope to get better for this rockage four piece!

Chapter 7,000
Hey everyone!
For those of you who follow Tommy Shots you will know we have recently played our 50th gig, and what a celebration it was! We played a jam packed Custom House Square Belfast in front of 7,000 people. Check out the photos that were uploaded recently to the band bebo/myspace/facebook. We want to thank Jayne Robinson for the opportunity, those who voted for us to play in the contest and everyone who showed up to support us. It was mad and we couldn’t have done it without any of you.
So what is next, well we are still writing and adding more gigs as usual. We hope to see everyone down at our upcoming gigs in Limavady this Saturday and Belfast on the 29th. Also we have a a new 5 track CD available to buy at any of our gigs for £3, featuring 2 favourites from the Blowin’ Up a Storm EP and 3 new songs never before released.

Where are we now?
Oh yes, things are picking up in the Tommy Shots camp. We are about to go into a stint of gigging in various places over Ireland this summer and hope to see as many of you as we can. We shall be bringing along our free CD's for anyone who wishes to take one at those gigs, though ask quick as they won't last forever. Check the gigs section to see when we are near you!
Tickets for the Braid are going fast so go to www.thebraid.com for details on how to buy tickets, or ask any member of Tommy Shots as we have a small collection of tickets bought up.
In the studio we are working on a bunch of new tunes which we will be unveiling at the upcoming gigs, and we are very proud of the new sound we are getting!
So that’s basically it, we keep working our arses off and hopefully you all will enjoy what you hear!

Update
As you guys can see, a few gigs have been canceled do to uncontrollable things. Though not to worry as we are adding more gigs! So keep an eye and we shall update the gig section as and when we can.
Also in the studio we have been working hard on new material, so hopefully at a few new gigs you will hear new tracks. 'Satisfied' is the most ready, and I think it's a new dimension to the Tommy Shots artillery!0 comentarios 249 días

RockOn Promotions are raffling off a £200 Ibanez guitar at Christmas. Even if you can't play guitar it'd make an awesome present for someone in the future or you could be a crafty bugger and try to sell it to someone else.
