Thousands of fans set to converge on Kilkenny for the first concert of its kind…..
Thousands of music fans will converge at The Hub, Dublin Road Kilkenny this coming May Bank Holiday Weekend for the first concert of its kind ever staged in the region.
The entire event happens on Sunday May 3rd with Gates opening at 7.30pm in the evening.

Headlining the bill is Euro Dance Sensation ‘Basshunter’ who has scored 4 massive top ten hits in the UK and Ireland in 2008 alone including the club smash “Now Your Gone” and “All I ever wanted”. His number 1 selling album has also been creating mayhem the world over for the past 8 months.

Expect a full live concert show with over 3 hours of music, visuals, dancers, explosions, bongo players and more.

Also performing live with Basshunter on the night will be ‘Stunt’ who’s reworking of the 90s Sash Classic “Encore Un Fois/ Raindrops” has been one of the biggest club tunes of 2008 and her new single is due out in April with plenty of time for her gig at The Hub.

Another live performance on the night comes from Ireland’s newest boyband ‘Clozure’
Who have just come off a sell out club tour with The X-Factors ‘Eoghan Quigg”

This will be truly a first for Kilkenny with an event the likes of which will be comparable, if not better than those that have been stage in regional event centres like Killarney and Castlebar for countless years. Now Kilkenny has an event centre where top class travelling shows and concerts can be staged. The Hub at Cillin Hill heralds a new dawn for Entertainment in both the Marble City and the South East Region as a whole

There are full bar facilities available at this event for over 18s patrons only.

Doors for the event open at 7.30 but car and coach parking facilities will be available on site at The Hub from 6pm
