Born Destiny Hope Cyrus in Franklin, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville, i attended Heritage Middle School but now has a private tutor. i grew up on my parents farm in the backwoods of Nashville. moi is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia Tish Cyrus and the granddaughter of the late Ron Cyrus and Ruth Ann Cyrus. moi has an older half-brother named Christopher Cody an older half-brother named Trace an older half-sister named Brandi a younger brother named Braison and a younger sister Noah Lindsey who is also an actress. i was named Destiny Hope because my parents thought that she would accomplish great things. then i gained my nickname Miley because i kept smiling aka Smiley as a youngster. my faith is "the main thing" and is why moi works in Hollywood and she attends church regularly with her family.
