Bazuki have called it a day.
Hi everyone,
It is with great sadness that I post this blog, but it's best to let anyone out there that enjoyed the music of Bazuki that we have called it a day.
Last Thursday, we played in Rose Earleys for what may be the last time. We are not going to say it was our final gig, but don't hold your breath for another one.
There are alot of reasons for us to pack it in, too many to go into on this blog.
Thank you to everyone who ever listened to a Bazuki CD, came along to a Bazuki gig, sang along to a Bazuki song, wore a Bazuki t-shirt, stopped us to tell us what they thought of the band, invited us to play with them or accept our invetation to play with us.
Thank you to Peter Lee for all the recording, Joe Butler for all the footage, Band on an Island for getting us out there, Ralph for getting us drunk, 21 Outs for letting us play in the other end of the country, Meg for the photo for the CD, Dan M for getting drunk and letting us wrap him in tin foil, every single band in Newbridge that keeps playing music and doing what they love.
Who knows what the future holds, if we ever play again you can be sure that it will be posted up here. There are ALOT of recordings that never left the laptop, as a good-bye I'll stick them up here ASAP. There is a whole accoustic gig that only 20 people have heard, the other 5 fans need to hear it :p
If you still want to see the 3 of us, we can be found passed out from drinking too much vodka on the floor of Flanagans most nights of the week.
Thank you, mucho love.

Kaos Store Headline Show
Hi folks,
This Sunday we are doing a free headline show in the Kaos Store, Newbridge. It's kicking off at 2PM and we are gathering all the support acts as we speak.
This will be our last gig for abot two months, after this we are returning to our Caragh lair to work on new songs (And maybe another recording, who knows!?!?)
So come on out for a fantastic day and stay for a mighty session afterwards.
PS: There are around 40 copies of Plaster Coated Dreams left in the shop, after these 40 that's it, they are gone, so make sure you pick them up! You can save some dollar too by buying a Bazuki t-shirt at the same time, as the CD price drops to €1!1 commentaire 205 jours
