Bad news all round mate. Can't get to Manchester but I think my brother's going with his work! And I didn't find out about the Specials until last night! And it's sold out. Can't believe it. Aw, how good was that lassie singing NW5??? Absolutely stunning. That reduced me to tears both times. She should record that properly with the slow orchestral arrangement.

Awright Rob. Been hiding out teaching in Motherwell. Totally lost touch with the McMadnet society. Must apologise. But decided to try and find you all again and catch up. I missed the Aberdeen gig cos I'd got tix for Kaiser Chiefs that night! Went to see Our House in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Loved it! Getting all excited bout the new album. NW5 is one of my fave songs ever. Got plans to see them down south at Christmas? Dunno if I can do it. Canny get days off in teaching;-) Hope life's treating you and the family well mate.
