that bit is always difficult... I want to keep them all!!

Do you mean a partner as in you want to get another dog or do you mean you are looking for a stud to use? I know a lady in Westfield (Diane) who always breeds really good quality boxers but I don't think she has any pups right now. I also know of a lady in Tenterden who has a litter but I don't know her personally. I will ring Diane tonight and see if she can recommend someone. Diane has been breeding boxers for over 30 years and she has a lot of knowledge and contacts. She is like my dog-breeding grandma - always full of good advice and tips!

no, not at all. I've only ever heard of it once before in Boxers! Normally they have between 6 and 10 pups, most commonly 7 or 8. We have never had less than 8 so we were bracing ourselves for a dozen or more pups and instead we have 5 between two litters. We are amazed!

Tango! is doing much better thsi morning now that the anaesthetic is wearing off. I have had to bottle feed thro the night so I am knackered!! Hopefully her milk will flow more readily now she's up and about!
