"the night before they went to candymountain with charlie the pink had their kidney took because he was taken to candy mountain so they found charlie got him high when he was asleep and then took him to candy mountain and thats when the drugs kicked in with the song. then he went in there and got knocked out and they took his kidney and the pink and the blue unicorn lived happily ever after."

"They gassed him, cut him open, and attempted a grab at his heart. Since it was dark, they missed and grabbed the closest thing that happened to be his kidney. Knowing that Charlie would be killed if a kidney transplant was attempted they sewed him up and hoped for the best. Also, they didn't bother trying a kidney transplant as there were no willing donors.
