......Married to John we have been together 14 years and married for 10. I am an instructor for ChosTae Kwon Do. I teach in wexford full time keeps me really busy. My most missed memory is of Hawaii last year. Hope to go back again some day before I get old.

- Tae Kwon Do. John and I are full time tae kwon do instructors. I like watching boxing especially if Amir Khan is fighting.

- I love Stand by Me, In persuit of happyness, but more of a tv fan myself, I love Greys Anatomy and Private Practice, Americas Next Top Model, anything with Gordon Ramsey in it, I like scrubs, prison break but my favourite is two and a half men, could watch that all day.
- Music
- I like soft rock mainly and pop, I like Nickelback Daughtry, Lifehouse, the sugerbabes, westlife, a few Leon Jackson songs especially Stargazing. Really really love Whereever you will go by The Calling, listen to that a few times every day.
- Scared Of
- Life passing me by, having regrets, angry people. Anything happening to Cassie.
- Happiest When
- Cuddling my baby, seeing her smile, listening to her trying to sing when I sing to her, maybe she is trying to drown me out lol. I am with family and friends, reading a good book that I can't put down, Teaching tae kwon do.
- Things I hate
- I really really hate rude people, a smile is free for heavens sake, any one shouting at me, oh and bad drivers.
- Cassie
- My beautiful baby girl. She makes life worth living and I can't wait to see her grow up, I am enjoying every second with her. She gives me a big smile every morning when she wakes up, and I have never seen anything more beautiful. She is the love of my life. She has made my life complete.

Don't forget the "Best of the Best" South Eastern Championships we are running this Saturday (3rd October) in the Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey Co. Wexford. It's an open tournament for all styles of Martial Arts with divisions in Patterns, Weapons, Point Sparring and Continuous Sparring. Registration is at 9:30AM.
