Writen Rules

.The human whose name is written in this note shall die.

.This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same
name will not be affected.

.If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen. If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.

.After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be
written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

.The Note that Land in the human world and is picked up that note belong to the human who pick it up

.The owner of the note can recognize the image and voice of its original owner，i.e. a god of death

.The Owner of the note neither goes to heaven or hell

.Any other humans that touch the death note can see the Shinigami

.The person in possession of the DEATH NOTE is possessed by a god of death，its original owner，until they die.

.If human uses the note，a god of death usually appears in front of him/her within 39 days after he/she uses the note.

.Shinigami can extend the life span by writing the name of a human in there death note.human can't

.The human can cut there life span by doing the eyeball deal with the shinigami getting the power 2 see anybody name and life span by just looking at them

.Shinigami can't be killed if they get stabbed in the heart with a knife or shot in he head.

{Shinigami and Death Notes}

.A shinigami must own at least one Death Note. That Death Note may also be used and owned by a human, but only if the Death Note falls to earth and is found by a human. The shinigami have to keep using the Death Note to kill people in order to extend their own lives.

.A pact exists between the human owner and the Shinigami who gave the human the Death Note. The pact is such that at the end of the owner's life, the shinigami has to write down the owner's name in his own note.

How humans can obtain the eyes

.No human is born with this power, as it exclusively belongs to Shinigami. However, a deal to receive this power can be made between a human who has obtained a Death Note and the Shinigami who dropped it, at the cost of one half their remaining lifespan. For example, if one's lifespan was 70 years and this deal was conducted while at the age of 20, the amount of life lost would be 25 years: one half of the remaining 50 years.

Complications involving the trade

.The trade can be made as long as the human owns the Death Note. Knowledge of the trade is usually not disclosed until a Death Note is in the ownership of a human. Although the eyes are lost if ownership is discontinued, the reduced lifespan is not recoverable. Even if ownership was to be regained, the owner would have to trade again, thus losing one half of his or her remaining life span again. Additionally, due to human error, it is possible that they may not remember all the names and lifespans they saw. This is what happened to Misa Amane when she tried to remember what L's real name was, saying that she "saw too many names and lifespans that day, although his name stood out..." Also, lifespans are given in Shinigami-Realm time, which needs to be converted to Human-World time.

{How to Kill a Shinigami}


. if a Shinigami uses the Death Note to extend someone's life instead of taking life, they will die since they have failed their eternal mission of shortening human lives. Also, they must have some kind of emotional attachment to the person whose life span increases.
