David Sullivan randomly killed a teenage girl as she worked, he did not know her. Her name was Anna Svidersky.

The trial was post postponed last year to see if Sullivan was fit to stand trial what with doctors claiming him not in the right state of mind.

About 2 - 3 months ago a trial was carried out and Sullivan was told of he was 'mental' he would need to show it & proove it, etc. This was told to his defending lawyer and other witnesses on the case.

Last tuesday the Judge ruled Sullivan as 'mentally ill' and to be sentenced for life in a mental hospital. Even though the sentence is for life he could still apply for release if he makes progress and could be walking outside again within about 10years. Anna's family showed disgust, anger & sadness at hearing this.

People believe the judge did not take into account Sullivans previous offences. ie: rape, murder

Justice has NOT been served. We owe it to Anna to keep trying to get Sullivans sentence to imprisonment..
