- We are The Aberdeen Wildcats and we were formed in February 2006. The Wildcats don't 'Cheer to Win' we Cheer for Fun!
Two years later we now have various squads - Elite, Extreme, Allstars and the Cubbies.
The Wildcats are coached by Kim Brown and Gwen Gardner
There are a few more who help to run the cheerleaders they are:
Sarah (our trainee coach) who helps co-coach all the teams,
Louise and Kayleigh who help at Bridge of Don.
Andrea, Karen, Shona, Jackie & Coleen who help us out endlessly at comps etc.
Hayley, Holly, Kate, Niaomi, Zoe and Ashton who help out when asked with the younger squads.

YOU KNOW YOU'RE A WILDCATS CHEERLEADER WHEN..........................
1 You start doing the 10-10 warm-up properly first time, to avoid having to do it all again.
2 The sports centre staff moan they're running out of juice to sell on a Friday night!
3 SENIOR ELITE are no-where in sight when their music starts....................
4 On hearing "Eye of the Tiger" you find yourself doing the CUBBIE'S routine.
5 2 weeks before a comp, you know someone will get hurt.
6 You tell tales on JUNIOR EXTREME for not doing their jumps right!
7 You get strange looks for practicing your toe touches in the middle of Asda!
8 You have a weird name on the back of your hoodie or tracksuit.
9 You start to like the colour Green.
10 You cringe when Kim gets her whistle out.
11 You can't remember where you've put your handbook!
12 You finally find your handbook and there's no time for it to be signed!
13 On a Saturday you've learnt to count to 10 in Japanese!
14 Ice packs start multiplying in class.
15 Upon hearing the words 'thigh stand' you wonder what the hell is she on about.
16 The CUBBIES start trying to beat you up!
17 Kim changes the routine again!
18 Someone in YOUTH ALLSTARS always has a sore arm, head, tummy, toe, throat or pinky!
19 50 sit-ups starts becoming easy!
20 Despite all the hardwork, you love being a cheerleader!

All Coaches/assistant Coaches plus guest are invited to our Champagne Reception to celebrate the launch of our new company. In the UK Allstar Industry there are very few occasions when coaches can socialise with colleagues in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. This is an ideal opportunity to meet other coaches and find out more about us!

Hi,
come and join us for a spectacular performance of 'Zombie Prom'.
Zombie Prom itself could be described as Grease meets Little Shop of Horrors. Set in the 1950’s at Enrico Fermi High we meet Jonny (who spells his name without the customary ‘h’) and Toffee a pair drawn together through teen love. Toffee is persuaded by her elders to dump Jonny as he, ‘has juvenile detention centre written all over him!’ On hearing this news Jonny drives his motorbike into the local nuclear reactor. No sooner has he disappeared, Jonny comes back from the dead as a nuclear Zombie to try and take Toffee to the senior prom. Will Miss Strict the schools headmistress let Jonny re-enrol, will Toffee accept Jonny as a Zombie, will they make it to the prom…..find out all this and more at the Aberdeen Arts Centre from the 28th-31st of October.

Allstars - Again more than 3 members were missing on Saturday and I know they were not ill! 100% attendance at training this week or no Allstars Stunt!
Elite Cheer Team - 1 hour on a Friday is not much to ask!
All the flyers are becoming annoyed that their bases are no where to be seen! With the exception of Hannah - all members must attend on friday or you will lose your stunt team place.

A big thank you to the Wildcats, and mainly to Kim and helpers on the day, for the fantastic afternoon spent at Codonas on Sunday. Amy & Emma had a fabulous time and enjoyed every moments - well nearly, Emma is still talking about the scare she got in the haunted house with Karen! But she loved her time with Karen and Kieran..... and so did Amy.
Many thanks for this fantastic time the girls had.
