“Well at least let me drive you home.” “Whatever, I don’t care. I just want to go home.” He went to grab your hand. You felt a tingling sensation. You immediately pulled your hand closer to you. “Sorry…” he mumbled. He walked you to his car, and opened the door for you. You got in and he shut the door behind you and quickly ran around to the other side. “What station?” “98 rock, please.” He turned it, and the car ride went smooth. 

He pulled up into your driveway and turned the car off. “So…” “What?” “Oh nothing, just thinking.” “Oh, okay? Well im going to go now…” You went to open the door, but he grabbed your hand again. “Wait…” You didn’t pull back this time. Your hand was tingling, but it felt good. He leaned in a little, and he looked deep in your eyes, and you could tell he was concentrating. It felt like a few moments had passed. He leaned away. “What was that about?” You felt really dizzy. “Nothing…” He looked so smug. Wow that was weird… You didn’t want to leave, but you did anyway because you didn’t want that to happen again. You ran up to the door and turned around. He was still there. You fumbled with the keys for a few seconds, and unlocked the door. You heard a ‘vroom vroom’ sound and knew it was him, showing off. You just realized it, but you still don’t know his name. Damnit! You walked in the house, but don’t find your dad. You went right to your room and passed out on your bed. You were extremely tired.
 
You woke up later in the day and find a note next to your head. It was folded in half, and it was decorated. You knew it wasn’t store bought because of the penciled in roses. You open it up. Hope you had a good nap. Ill see you tomorrow. You had a pretty good guess who it was. You look over at your dresser and see something red. You were still tired, so everything was a bit blurry. You jump up, thinking it was blood. You slowly walk over and realize it’s a rose. Wow, im so stupid. You snatched it up and sniff it. It smelled delightful. Wow what time is it? You pick up your phone and slide it up. 2:37. Hmmm… Maybe I should call Cassie? I haven’t talked to her since before Jordan and the hospital thing. You dialed her number. “OMG Murry? OMG how have you been?” “I’ve been ok I guess.” “Oh. What happened? Tell me everything.” So you told her the whole story. About your step dad and your mom, rehab, and living with your dad. 

“Oh! I really want to see you! AGH you’re my best buddy! I want to see you! Im so sorry for everything that’s happened!” “Well its not your fault. And I know! My dad might let me fly down there during summer.” “Oh I don’t want to wait that long! AGH!” You really didn’t want to talk anymore, so you told her bye. You walk into the living room and your dad is on the couch watching some program. He’s not into the football stuff. “Hey dad. I came home early today.” “Yah, I know. I don’t mind, but don’t do it everyday.” “Oh I won’t, but today I got sick.” “That’s fine.” He said and turned back to the TV. Well he’s boring. You went to the kitchen because you were starving. You pulled out some grapes and popped a few in your mouth. Your phone rang. You ran to your room, thinking it was Sarah or Cassie. It was Jordan. Your heart started fluttering.
 
“Hello?!” “Well you sound excited, don’t you?” Yep, it was definitely Jordan. “Oh my gosh Jordan, we haven’t talked in, well, forever!” “Well, how has things been? Are you having fun with your dad?” “Wait, how did you know I was with my dad?” “Your friends clue me in once in a while.” Thank you Sarah and Cassie. You guys talk about anything and everything, until you hear your phone beep. “Damn my phone is going dead. Ill talk to you soon. Kay?” “Sure. But remember me, and don’t be running off into the sunset with any boys.” “Hah-hah, ok, I promise.” Your phone wasn’t dead. It was another incoming call. You missed it, so you redial. “Hey Miranda.” It was the guy from school. “How’d you get my number?” You weren’t mad, just wondering. “I have my ways, Miranda.” “Well I know that you know my name, but I never got yours.” “Now, why would I tell you that? it’s a surprise. You’ll just have to wait.” He said in a cocky tone. “What? I have to wait to know your name?” You were extremely confused. “Yep. Now what do you want to do?
