This band is the official band for The Rocky Films.

Robert "Rocky" Balboa was born in 1946. A Roman Catholic, he quit school after the ninth grade and started boxing at the age of fifteen, because, as his father said, he had no "brains", so he might as well use his body. By the mid-1970s, he was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, working as an enforcer for a local loan shark and fighting club fights. By this time Rocky has had 64 fights, winning 44 (38 knockouts), and losing 20. His last fight was a second-round knockout over local fighter Spider Rico. A source of pride for Rocky was that in 64 fights, he never had his nose broken.
