All the stuff was there, the small rucksack stuffed with food for the twenty-five hour journey and the suitcase filled to the brim with spare cloths and an assortment of warm clothing/ skiing gear, all my possessions for the entire week. I lifted them out the boot and carried them up to the coach with my mother following behind...
