- ADD MY BROTHER EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW HIM HE WOULD LIKE THAT
MOSES PARAMOUR WAS MY ELDEST YOUNGER BROTHER, THE BEST OF BROTHERS.
NOT many PEOPLE KNOW THE TRUE STORY OF MOSES BECAUSE HE HIMSELF NEVER BITCHED ABOUT IT AND ME AND MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS DON'T SPEAK MUCH ABOUT IT EITHER.
ALL IM GONNA SAY IS THAT MOSES WAS THE VICTIM OF VERY VERY VERY EXTREME CHILD ABUSE THAT STARTED WHEN HE WAS 10 MONTHS OLD BY OUR SO-CALLED FATHER WHO WHO IS FINALLY IN JAIL BUT NOT FOR WHAT HE DID TO MOSES..... BUT THATS A LONG STORY.
MY BROTHER WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT BURN TO BRIGHTLY TO LAST FOREVER THEY COME IN YOUR LIFE AND SAVE YOU FROM YOUR OWN IGNORANCE BUT MUST DIE TO SHOW YOU YOUR WRONGS. HE DID THAT TO ME AND I KNOW HE DID IT FOR A LOT OF OTHERS.
SO I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO YOU ALL....HONOR MY BROTHER.
KEEP WATCHING OVER ME AND BEING THERE TO TALK TO WHEN THERES NOONE ELSE....JUST LIKE WHEN WE WAS LITTLE
R.I.P MOSES I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER

The tribunal of the ranking officers involved in the death of moses
A tribunal is like a criminal case just it has no jury no public attendance and is strictly an internal affair.... police dealing with police. No reporter is alowed to say anything about it unless men are charged so its almost like nothing happened
First of all i would like to say they got away with it... i know its bullshit, its fucked up but thats the law and police and social services for you....
Also i don't think im allowed to say anyting about the tribunal and me putting the pictures on may get me into trouble as there is no freedom of speech as some of you may think but I DON'T GIVE A FUCK
Basically we went there for the best part of the week evidence was presented by the prosecution quite damning evidence in my opinion. They definately didn't treat the scene as they were susposed to as DETECTIVE SERGEANT MARK BRAMAH No 5222, OCU/DEPARTMET OF OFFICER -3 OCU ALDERSHOT the detective with the decisions to make failed to treat the scene as suspicious.I believed it was because the MARK BRAMAH had been in social services care and cast his own conclusions on the situation without, as all police officers should, exploring all the possibilities, therefore failed in his duty to Moses to explore all possible causes of death.
Even fellow detectives told us (all present at the tribunal) they to thought BRAMAH had not been interested and did not give his whole attention to it, when they had inquired at the going-ons of the case
He then when questioned had the cheek to try and defend himself by saying that it was because of personal reasons why he could not perform his duties, then why was he given the task in the first place or even his job???
SOME FACT ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION
the bed robe cord he used to suposedly hang himself was never recovered.
no witness statements matched
TWO weeks before moses's death he was detained by the people in his house until the police arrived after he said he was leaving this was after the people in the house said my mother had moved to london and left him behind and he said he was going to look for her
there so much stuff, i cannot remember it all but i'll keep adding
Another interesting thing is that laws were introduced and changed because they admit to the fact that moses's death was not treated as it should have but they've learned from it and it won't happen again but thats it justice for moses is that it won't happen to other kids......
I personally have no faith in the police force or any other service in England, i do not comment on the rest of the world because ido not live there but i do know england must change or more children will keep dying.1 Kommentar 926 Tage

YOU MUST HELP TO GET JUSTICE FOR MOSES
moses never recieved what, as a human being and a child, he was entitled to. To be protected and supported. He never recieved the help for what had happened to him all his life: Physicaly abused with fists feet belts and even telephone wires for hours at a time and the only reason they would stop is because our "father" would get to tired to even give him anymore. We were Even kidnapped. We didn't recieve any help and no one at social services ever gave him any of the help the court had orded them to give him.on the night of his death police at basingstoke failed to do there job.this is why officers have been charged and the triburnal into there misconduct will continue on the 2nd of april 2007 at the hilton hotel in basingstoke.
We have evidence that moses was murded and have experts to back this up.
(((So if you realy cared for him then u need to start supporting us in our fight for justice for moses aganist basingstoke police and social services))). If you support us then say so in your comments and we will update you on moses`s r.i.p band.
I personally beleive that this effects everybody because if for any reason your child may end up needing social services for any reason e.g orphaned or child abuse or psycological help e.t.c your child will not recieve the help they are entitled too.
So do not ignore this and feel it won't happen to you cause you never know. So for the safety of the next generation which, i and many of you are, we must do something to change this fucked up system.
This kind of injustice happens everyday but people are to scared to be the first to do something because of the fear that they will be the only one. Plus the government have ways to suppress an individual but if enough people come forward they will be forced to take action.3 Kommentare 994 Tage

moses R.I.P
Moses Paramour was just 10 months old when he received his first beating at the hands of his high-flying father, Adrian Hodge. It was the start of a downward spiral during which Moses would endure years of violence, set fire to the family home, witness his mother's attempted suicide, see his brothers beaten to within an inch of their lives and finally watch his father jailed for trying to murder Moses's new stepfather.
His death is the latest tragedy to strike his mother, Fiona Timothy, who was still getting over the attempted murder of her husband when the police broke the news of her son's suspicious death. Moses's death has also traumatised his remaining siblings.
Despite all they have endured, the family has never been given support by social services and that her children have never been offered counselling. She is calling for a public inquiry into the death of Moses, which would lead to a probe into the role of the local social services team.
Speaking from a police safe house in Basingstoke, Fiona told The Observer : my 10-year-old was in his room and started crying. I went to see him and he said, "It's all my fault, I can't carry on any more". He was rocking and saying, "Why won't any one help us?" Later that same day, my 14-year-old son said he was going to kill himself. He was saying "there's no point living any more".'
Unaware that Hodge had once been jailed for beating a previous girlfriend, Fiona agreed to move in with him. Soon afterwards, Hodge's true character emerged and Fiona found herself trapped in a world of violence. At first only she was the target, but Hodge soon turned his attention to the four children.Moses was a particular target. When he was 10 months old, Adrian punched him in the face, calling him a bastard after becoming convinced the child was not his own. On another occasion, he whipped Moses with the telephone cord until he was poring with blood and then made his to other brothers watch and threten them it would happen to then. 'I ran away several times with the children, got no ofer of a refuge or no help from social sevicesand was found by hodge and was all dragged back to the violence , anything to get away,' said Fiona, 33, 'but every time he found me and ordered me back home. He said he'd kill me and the kids if I didn't.'
After finally breaking away from Hodge in 1996, Fiona met Alvin Timothy and within a year the pair had married. But as soon as Hodge found out, he launched a hate campaign against Fiona's new husband and fiona.
He made threatening phone calls and broke into their house on numerous occasions. The stress drove Fiona first on to a course of antidepressants and then to attempt suicide, swallowing a handful of paracetamol. Paramedics found her and rushed her to hospital, where a stomach pump saved her life.
All the children suffered as a result, but Moses seemed to find it particularly hard. In 2001, he set fire to a coat hanging in the hallway of the family home. The blaze went out of control. The ground floor was gutted and firefighters rescued the family from an upstairs window. Fiona heavly preagnant at this stage believes the fire was a cry for help but, despite her objections, Moses was moved into the care of a foster family.
Meanwhile the tension in the household continued to spiral. Hodge began making increasingly menacing phone calls to to the whole house hold. On one occasion, he arrived at the door armed with an axe and two kitchen knives. Fiona called the police, but by the police didnt bother to search the car or hodge, Hodge had hidden the weapons. Soon afterwards, the family moved into a house in popley, fitted with multiple panic alarms.
Hodge switched tactics. He made false allegations that Alvin had been having sexual relations with a child. Hodge hired three criminals from east London to track the family down.
Late one evening november 18 fiona answered the door to a man claiming he was from the water board, when giving eviden17 Kommentare 995 Tage
