Hey ya!
Ive been doing some serious thinking lately (scarey i know!!) & i figured its time to give back. To all of you who come to my weekly gigs & show love. Support me & genarally dig what i do, this is for you.
As of now, im posting up exclusively online for all my bebo friends, my one of a kind DJ Dezastar REMIXZ. Now, i genarally never share these mixes with anyone (only a select few DJ buddies & thats it!) I know i've had a few of you ask me here & there so i thort, bugger it! Lets do it!
Now, im gonna be doing these weekly. I know some weeks are busier than others but i promise i will continue to deliver nuthin' but the freshest & dopest cuts that are gettin' major love in the clubs.

Wow!!! its been another crazy month...Doing my day job, working on my own remixx projects, playing my weekly gigs & also finishing producing the official B Side remix of popstar, Ricki Lees new CD Single!
Courtesy of my man Mr Christo @ Groovology Studios, we colaborated together on this project debuting as remix crew "The Clubbangaz". The track came out slick & was exactly what we were looking for. Ricki heard it & loved what we had concocted. Even got Groovologys own wordsmith, Grimey to come thru & lay a cheeky lil' verse on it. Wasn't spose to be in the final cut, but once it was heard, it was a keeper!
This is getting an official release this month so make sure you check it out at your local music store or on iTunes.
The track is titled "Cant sing a different song"

It all started in 2003...What began as a bit of fun & weekend hobby soon turned into a full blown passion & love for not only an artform, but a lifestyle called DJing...
It wasn’t long before DJ Dezastar (pronounced Disastar) was playing his 1st gig to over 4000 screaming school leavers alongside the sandy beachfront of Surfers Paradise Schoolies Week 2004...
Over the next 2 years, Dezastar went on to play every Gold Coast hot spot including R&B Superclub, Quest, The Drink nightclub, The Bedroom, Rose & Crown, Shooters, C Moog (Byron Bay), Groovelicious & Audio Mayhem U 18 danceparties & a plethora of Birthdays & 21st…
He even managed to find time to drop a few live to air turntable mixes on Radio Metro’s “Pure Playaz” Show with Stevie Z & Andy...
Growing tired of playing the same old songs as the next DJ, Dezastar then made the move into mixtapes & began concocting his own unique style of Hip Hop & RnB bangers...
Even going as far as making his own exclusive remixs & blends of all the latest club jams & classic old skool joints... These tracks were soon in demand & on high rotation at Radio Metro & Sea FM. It wasn’t long before some of the most well respected DJs in the industry were heard spinning a “Dezastar Remix” to packed dancefloors all over South East Queensland...
Dezastar has had the pleasure of supporting & playing alongside some of Southern Hemispheres most elite including DJ’s Sirvere, Samrai, P Money, Nino Brown,
Bluffsta, Moto, Tikelz, Peter Gunz, Samrai, Stevie Z, Gavin Boyd, Stanley, Bounce,
Blaze, Mike Hyper, Maxwell, A Style & also working alongside local & NZ artists such as Savage, PNC, Ricki Lee, Smashproof, Dirty Mob, Random, Katchafire, & MC’s Mzre, Monarch, Loudmouth Len & many many more...
2009 has already been insane with Dezastar continuing to rock South East Queenslands hottest nighclubs including weekly club residences at Gold Coasts 2 biggest clubs, Sin City & The Bedroom.
