Danson Tang first became really popular in the Taiwanese idol drama Hana Kimi, which co-stars Jiro Wang and Wu Zun from Taiwanese boyband Fahrenheit and Ella from S.H.E. Since then the talented actor has gone on to star in KO ONE, and The X-Family, while also dabbling in putting out his first studio album, Love Me.

Unbeknownst to many, Danson actually found recording his single "Love Me" very difficult because it could "only be sung when you have someone you love in mind, and at that time I was single and so busy filming, so I really had no time to imagine that". The record company then came up with an outrageous method! "Everytime before I recorded the song, they would feed me with lots of food and I'd be really full, then somehow I'll be able to record the song really well!" laughs Danson.

Danson says that his single "I Still Love You The Most" represents him as a singer best, because "the song was already out on the internet before he became a singer and everyone knows me because of this song. It's really like my personal advertisement, it represents who I am".

Talking about love is seemingly something new for Danson, considering his cute blushes when he started thinking ahead about what his dream girl would be like. "I'm really shy, and not good with words," he apologised while we waited for his answer. He's such a gentleman (and has such a pretty face) that ANY girl would find it tough resisting his charm- just ask the numerous fans who trailed him EVERYWHERE he went during his stay in Singapore!

With a debut album full of love songs, we decided to put Danson to the test to see if he makes the TEENS(the mag) cut for being our dream prince charming!

Danson the Dream Lover

teens: If you had a girlfriend, tell us what you would do to create an unforgettable experience for her on Valentine's Day.
Danson: It would be pretty difficult to celebrate Valentine's Day in Taiwan because so many eyes will be on me, so I would probably book air tickets to some other country in secret and plan out a romantic holiday. One day before Valentine's Day, I'll tell her about my plans, so she'll just have to grab her passport, and we can go to a place where nobody knows who we are, and have a very peaceful and happy Valentine's Day together.

And the mushiest thing you have ever said to a girl was?
The mushiest... (pauses and thinks) I don't know, but to me, saying "I love you" is mushy enough. (saying at random) "I love you".

What would you do when your girlfriend starts crying because she feels like sh's been neglected by you?
What would I do... (thinks) I'd have to humour her, of course. I'd give up my "manly dignity" and whine a little like a little boy or something else silly like that, just to make her happy.

And what would you do if you had to compete with a friend for the affection of the girl you like?
Actually I wouldn't really say much to her. I'd just be nice to the girl all the same, and I would still tell her how I felt about her. I wouldn't give her up to another guy just because he was my friend, because I think that would be quite unfair to the girl. She deserves a chance to make the choice for herself. I wouldn't back down, neither would I play dirty - I would just treat her as I would a girl I fancy; and the decision which of of us she wants to be with the ball would be in her court.

Danson - The Dream V-Day Date
You're on the bus and you see a girl who is right up your alley, and could be the girls of your dreams. You notice she's about to get off the bus - what do you do?
Me? Honestly? I'd just let her get off the bus! (Laughs) I'm a person who doesn't really dare to tlk to strangers, so if I met someone I fancied, I'd probably be even more "cool". I would say even less than normal and be at a loss as to what to do!

Let's say you manage to score a Valentine's Day date with a girl of your dreams. How would you plan the day's activities?
I'd look for a quiet place with less people around

GTVfs [The X-Family] 7 cast, Jiro, Aaron, Danson, Na Wei Xun, úºãù, Sunnie Huang, and so on yesterday went on TVBS-G Pauline Lan Xin Meifs show [Nu Ren Wo Zui Da—l‰äÅ‘å], exposed a lot of internal news of the filming, Pauline also not caring rumours of Danson, flipped through his make-up bag, and found many photos of face to face pictures of him and Jiro [Guy Guy intimate pictures]!

Danson kept grabbing the photos from her hand, afraid the media will turn it into a guy guy relationship. Na Wei Xun laughs: [Actually your rumors with Pauline are false, this is the real thing.] Aaron says suddenly: [Those to actually sleep togther!] Pauline interrogates Danson again: [Is Jirofs smell ok?] He says shyly: [Ahchis smell is a little strong, strong breath.] Jiro explains: [Come on, thatfs the smell of a man!]

Asks him do you love Pauline or Jiro? Danson answers: [Can I not have any? I prefer to have rumors with Cecilia Cheung!] As for older sister young brother love, Danson growing up in a single family admits he is comfortable chatting with older females, a 5 to 6 years age difference is acceptable.
