- I decided to make this page in dedication to the many people out there (myself not included, but I have two sufferers of ASD in my family) who suffer the invisible disability, Asperger's Syndrome, otherwise known as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. I want to raise awareness of this condition, and give people more understanding.

Asperger's Syndrome
Asperger's syndrome is often known as the 'geek syndrome'. People with the disease are often called 'eccentric' or 'obsessive'. Sadly, not many people understand what the disease is, and what the sufferer will act like. What upsets me most is that there is no cure for this mental disease. Please check out these sites to find out more information about this difficult and upsetting disease.
If you're wondering what my experience is with ASD, well, I have been in access with it for almost my whole life, and believe me, life for people with ASD can be very difficult, but mostly lonely.

a good read is ' a curious incident of the dog in the night time -mark haddon wonderful in explaining describing what AS is how can affect you r every day life of emotions thoughts and feelings gte everyone read it helps things become better understood and accept the diagnosis so that could be you,your parents,family members,teachers etc it better clearer understanding of our world -harsh reality! Also there were quite a few historic figures that were discovered 2 have Asperger's Syndrome. Here r some of them Thomas Jefferson, Albert Eistein,Issac Newton (it's been discovered that not only did Issac Newton have Asperger's Syndrome but also he was a very famous alchemist as well),also 1 of the richest men in the world has Asperger's Syndrome also an that famous rich man happens 2 b Bill Gates.
One day in 2006, i watch a TV movie called SIMPLE LIFE OF NOAH DEARBORN (1999). It is a Drama in which Sidney Poitier stars as a 91 year old gifted Carpenter, who is befriended by a psycologist, and she agrees to help him fight to save his land, from her boyfriend who is a greedy developer who are trying to force him to sell his land, so he and his associates can construct a shopping mall.
It's a good film. Poitier gives a wonderful performance in the leading role. I think Poitier's character, Noah, may have Asperger's Syndrome. I reccomended this film to everyone.

hey everyone im kirst nickname krackerz i was offically diagnosed at 14 years old im now 19 years old! lol just had ma bday i also have dyspraxia (which i was diagnosed before AS!) thanks to parents peresistence as paedtrician didnt want to diagnose me at all! i also have traits in my family iwth 2 family members but they never been offically given a name to it so im lucky in many ways i know that already! i also have MH probs depression and anxiety are my main ones atm! i been on and off anti depressants since i was 14 years old that how my diagnosis came about really long story! got bullied alot in juniors school for being odd different weird taken ages to get back my life and my self -esteem/confidence but with hard work and determination in getting there slowly buliding up from nothing! its been so hard and difficult but i want to write a book about my personal experience with aspergers dyspraxia n my many MH probs to educate others in society what it is like more help is needed!

I don't have many friends, and the ones I do have I don't know how to have a conversation with properly.
