vegan diet.
live on vegebles and fruit as meals.
at least 5 a day.
drink 2 litres of water a day, nothing else exsept herbal teas.
dont drink alcohol.
no fruit / vegebales after 6.
find days to go to gym, do trampoling, and dancing.
start horseridding again sometime during the week day.
After i get to 6 stone get propa toned at the gymmm (Y).
leave saturday and sunday free.
