Okay, I would say investigate Griffin Observ.!! Carl and Sonia just (possibly) gave a trait positive baby to some HoO adoptive parents!!! Griffin Observ. would be a great place to find clues about who these people are, and what exactly happened with the adoption. You could also try to find them, tell them about what they're getting themselves into. Afterall, I dont think they know about the Order of the Ceremony. You could save that little girl's life!
