right.......... well firstly jet lag is quite d bastard took me about a wk 2 get over it so i didnt really get out @ nit 4 d 1st wk. did some interesting stuff during d day though last thursday was my 1st proper day. dat day i decided 2 wonder around d area of melbourne dat i was staying in. St.Kilda dat is. pretty cool place. it is sort of a little seaside town with a nice beach. has a pretty good vibe & some nice streets wit interesting shops. d nxt day i in wondered in to d city centre of melbourne which is a beautiful city. it has everything. skyscrapers,fantastic parks,huge sports stadiums. ppl are laid back & friendly. dis brings me onto my nxt place of interest, d MGC(Melbourne Cricket Ground!) i knw cricket ground doesnt exactly seem all dat appealing however it is actually a huge stadium wit a capacity of 100,000 so did a tour of dat. was fairly sweet. got 2 walk out to the pitch through d tunnel dat d players use & stand in d middle of it! nxt was my great ocean road tour. it took place over 2 days & 1 nit. it involved eating lunch beside some emus in a volcanic crater & taking a helicopter ride over d 12 apostles(they are these huge rock formations not biblical characters ) amongst other things which obviously included d great ocean rd drive! tis an amazing coastline. finally i landed in HOBART yesterday which is d main city in TASMANIA. then last nit i went out drinking wit some random ppl here in hobart. twas quite d enjoyable nit it is a damn cool little city wit a gorgeous harbour,nice relaxed vibe & friendly ppl. oh ya & i also watched d international rules match wit some aussies last nit. twas a good laugh. d fact dat we won made it even better! GO ON D IRISH!

d sandwich ok here goes , first of all we get some beans and patatoe waffles . Then we fry d waffles on a hot pan , once they are nice and moist we add d beans . Now , we must mash d waffles and beans wit their sauce together 2 create a fantastic mixture lovliness . Voila , d first layer! D nxt layer , u ask? Twud b rashers & pudding . We simply fry these 2 items on d previously used pan . Now wen they are done we add them 2 d 1st layer (note: for d optimun sandwich flatten out d pudding so it covers d whole sandwich & then place d rashers on top of it!) . Nxt we cook d sausages on d same pan , when done b sure 2 slice into halfs & place over rasher/pudding layer! Now for our last layer fried tomatoes , wen done squash up & toss around pan so they soak up d other flavours! D last step , insert all this lovliness in d correct order into a buttered bap . B prepared to taste a masterpiece!
