Paul played in the NHL with the New York Rangers and the Chicago Blackhawks -

He was a three time winner of the Stanley Cup, winning it in 1928 with the Rangers, and in 1934 and 1938 with Black Hawks.

Paul is also the current headcoach of the Coventry Blaze and Great Britain National Team.
