Entry Requirements

Primary degree in one of the Social Sciences (sociology, social or public administration, political science, economics, psychology, anthropology, town planning, adult education) and experience of work with communities, neighbourhood groups, youth organisations or similar groups. Other degrees will also be considered where there is a demonstrated aptitude in community or youth work.

General Information

One year post-graduate programme of integrated education and training in community and youth work. Students who reach required standard may, on completion of the Higher Diploma, proceed to study full-time or part-time for the Master’s degree. An interview and selection process, together with various independent references applies.
