Playin hockey with the Strathclyde Flames Fire Service team - Running the team wi a few of the guys ( and funding from the brigade!!!!) also playing with the glasgow chiefs. Lots of Hockey!!
Headin to New York for the 2011 World Firefighter Games - OOOHH YEEEAH!!!
When am no there am usually in ma flat chillin or out for nights( and days!!) in glasgow - too handy bein this close the westend!!!!

started the Strathclyde Fire brigade team this year, and from that progressed into the GB Fire Brigade team - bring on payed international travel!!!!.Love snowboarding when i can, preferably in france!, not a big fan of football. Karate( once upon a time - got my blackbelt when i was 13.Then ice hockey came along. lost interest!! ). Started doin a lot more running recently as well - tryin to get fit again! - Scared Of

Alright mate!!! All of a sudden i remember why my shoulder's a bit sore today!!!!! I defeated the gauntlet tho so it's worth it!
I felt fine today believe it or not, i was home for just after 9 so was in bed for a sensible hour!!
How you doin the day? Need to get a mad tav piss up sorted again soon, its always some laugh!! -

not much been happening mate, just been working alot! this week ive been a october camp co-ordinator. basicaly coaching for 5 hours a day. so far so good.
have a swatch at the new pics, haha, we had crazy hair day today, and am sad to say, theres not much ginger left!
i changed my colour to red and purple! haha looks old school punk!
thanks for the invite to training mate, but am workin from 8.30-3.30 on friday, hopefully make the next one that ya got on.
